***Superconnect Debuts VoIP Monitoring Software

From the conference exhibit floor of Andina Link 2005 in
Cartagena, Colombia, Superconnect announced the release of
VoIP Aware, Superconnect's revolutionary web-based monitoring
application for ensuring the quality and performance of a VoIP
(Voice over IP) system. Superconnect's real-time technology is
life-altering for VoIP system operators because it allows them
to know about problems before their customers do and prevent
outages from occurring, a critical issue for providers
offering lifeline VoIP telephone service.

VoIP Aware can be deployed onto existing VoIP networks to
monitor service quality by directly polling data from
customers' VoIP devices as well as analyzing real-time traffic
of a VoIP connection to monitor realistic quality and
performance. VoIP Aware presents data in live reports, trend
reports, graphs, alarms, and can also integrate into a ONE
Platform site-wide dashboard display for enterprise customers
with multiple ONE Platform deployments.

The Superconnect ONE Platform is a web-based infrastructure
for Superconnect's broadband management and monitoring
applications. The ONE Platform appliances are multi-processor,
use RAID storage, and can be purchased for less than the cost
of most off the shelf PC servers. The appliances can be
installed in any data center, head-end, or hub rack.
