BOXX Technologies, Inc. has announced the addition of the 64-
bit Intel® Xeon™ 3.6 processor with 2MB cache to the BOXX 8200
series of workstations and render nodes. This next-generation
Xeon processor allows for 32-bit and 64-bit applications to
run simultaneously, offering BOXX customers performance and
reliability for forthcoming software such as LightWave 3D and
Cakewalk for Microsoft Windows XP Professional X64 OS.

BOXX workstations are optimized for media creation
applications. Available in single-or dual-processor
configurations featuring the latest AMD Athlon® and Opteron®
processors and Intel® Pentium® 4 and Xeon™ processors, BOXX
workstations support popular software from companies such as
