***MEF Announces Mobile Entertainment White Paper
(March 18)

The Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), with partners Booz, Allen
Hamilton, and Mobile Entertainment Analyst, today launched a
white paper outlining the potential of the global mobile
entertainment market. The MEF's White Paper on 'Mobile
Entertainment Scenarios: Outlook and Opportunities in an Emerging
Market' examines the current state of the mobile entertainment
sector and proposes a number of scenarios concerning the growth
and evolution of the industry in the coming years.

Each of the scenarios identifies opportunities and threats facing
companies throughout the industry value chain. With the mobile
entertainment sector remaining a volatile and evolving area of
the global telecommunications industry, the white paper provides
an analysis of directions for companies wishing to make long-term
strategic choices regarding their current and future positions
within the industry.

The paper was researched by MEF founder member Booz Allen
Hamilton (BAH), the technology consultancy, and authored by
Matthew Bellows, founder and editor of the Mobile Entertainment
Analyst newsletter and Wireless Gaming Review website

Booz, Allen Hamilton, is a consultancy with experience in the
telecommunications and media sectors. While researching and
preparing the white paper, the company carried out a survey and
arranged interviews with MEF members and companies involved in
the burgeoning mobile entertainment industry.

The creation of the white paper was initiated by the MEF's
Commercial Task Force. This initiative is responsible for
examining the commercial potential of the mobile entertainment
sector as a whole and ensuring that all participants can benefit
from the continuing growth of the market. To ensure the white
paper reaches the widest possible audience across all levels of
the mobile entertainment sector, BAH approached Matthew Bellows,
the editor of Mobile Entertainment Analyst, the industry
newsletter dedicated to the emerging mobile entertainment market.

The white paper is availabe for free download now on the MEF web
site. However, only MEF members will gain access to the research
findings from the BAH analysis, for understanding the commercial
and technological drivers for mobile entertainment.
