BOXX Technologies, a provider of digital content creation systems
for the entertainment and digital film industries, today
announced its 3DBOXX R1 series of high-performance workstations
and the RenderBOXX R series of rendering systems feature the new
AMD Athlon MP processor 2000+ with QuantiSpeed architecture and
Smart MP technology.

Designed for Microsoft Windows 2000 or Linux, the 3DBOXX and
RenderBOXX R series are available in dual processor
configurations, enhanced with NVIDIA Quadro4 XGL architecture and
are optimized for creating and rendering 3D content and animation
using popular software programs such as Maya, 3D Studio MAX,
Softimage 3D, LightWave 3D, and Houdini.

Available in dual processor configurations running Microsoft
Windows 2000 or Linux, the 3DBOXX R series includes workstations
built for digital content creation. The series utilizes the new
NVIDIA Quadro4 XGL graphics adapters with NVIEW multidisplay
technology.

The RenderBOXX R1 series of high-speed rendering nodes are
designed to streamline the rendering process for HD, digital
film, video, game development, 3D design and animation. Available
in a 1U (1.75") form factor, RenderBOXX is built to reduce
rendering times and increase throughput.

The 3DBOXX and RenderBOXX R series with the AMD Athlon MP
processors 2000+ with Quantispeed architecture are currently
available. Pricing for a dual Athlon MP 2000+ 3DBOXX starts at
less than $2,250 and the dual Athlon MP 2000+ RenderBOXX is
priced at under $2,100.
