***ELSA Unveils New Business Strategy
(January 9)

ELSA, a provider of computer graphics solutions in North America,
announced their new corporate strategy to develop products solely
for the professional graphics marketplace. ELSA will continue to
bring to market a range of workstation-class graphics
accelerators based on the NVIDIA Quadro line of graphics
processor units (GPUs). ELSA's accelerators currently include the
Synergy 2000, Synergy III, GLoria III and GLoria DCC.

Under the direction of ELSA's newly appointed president and CEO,
Eric R. Shiroke, ELSA's focus on the professional graphics market
will result in a stream of high-performance products, as well as
programs for resellers and system builders.

Under the continuing partnership with NVIDIA, ELSA has exclusive
rights to market and distribute Quadro-based solutions to system
integrators, value-added resellers, and other channels not
handled by NVIDIA. NVIDIA offers boards directly to OEM
customers.

Given the workstation strategy, ELSA will no longer market and
sell the Gladiac and Erazer consumer product lines in North
America, however these products may be available in other
international markets served by ELSA subsidiaries. Support for
existing customers of these gaming products will be available via
the ELSA web site and through email.
