***SignalSoft Forms local.info Content Alliance

SignalSoft, an international applications developer of the
Wireless Location Services, a product suite which allows wireless
carriers to track the location of their mobile users, has
announced the formation of the local.info Content Alliance. The
group will promote services that provide a wireless user with
local information such as store locations, local events, or even
weather and road conditions.

The local.info Alliance Program was developed to offer turnkey,
end-to-end, location-based services to global wireless operators.
SignalSoft's Content Alliance brings together a portfolio of
international companies with localized content and applications.
With the Content Alliance, SignalSoft offers pre-packaged
services for easy deployment and a portfolio of partners ready
with content and business models.

Members will be offered access to SignalSoft's telecommunications
software and GIS expertise, the ability to sell services through
current SignalSoft delivery channels and carrier customers, and
exposure to worldwide wireless markets through SignalSoft's
direct sales and marketing efforts. Wireless users will be
offered call routing, voice response unit integration, short
message service and call connect or redirect, and PDA/Internet
integration.
