***XM Radio and Manufacturing Partners To Unveil Line of Retail
Satellite Radios

XM Satellite Radio and manufacturing partners Sony Electronics,
Pioneer Electronics and Alpine Electronics of America will unveil
a product line of retail radios at the 2001 Consumer Electronics
Show in Las Vegas and will offer a sneak preview of the
programming the company will deliver coast-to-coast to the car
and home.

The radios, manufactured by Sony, Pioneer and Alpine will give
consumers up to 100 digital channels including music, news, talk,
sports, entertainment and children's formats and featuring few or
no commercials. XM radios will be available this summer at Best
Buy, Circuit City and other retailers.
