***Intense3D's JumpStart Beta Program for Wildcat 4110

Intense3D announced that its JumpStart beta program for the
Wildcat 4110 OpenGL 3D graphics accelerator has been completed
with support from software vendors including Autodesk, Compaq,
Discreet, NewTek, PTC, Softimage, SolidWorks, and Unigraphics
Solutions. Intense3D's JumpStart is a proactive effort by
Intense3D to supplement testing and certification procedures-
which vary from vendor to vendor-and to establish closer
cooperation between software and workstation vendors.
Because certification processes are intricate and exhaustive, the
JumpStart program is designed to accelerate certification by
offering testing sooner in the product development cycle. As a
result of the program, Intense3D has earned certification status
on participants' software including Autodesk's AutoCAD, Avid's
Softimage 3|D and Sumatra, Discreet's 3D Studio MAX, Newtek's
Lightwave, PTC's Pro/ENGINEER 2000i, SolidWorks, and Unigraphics
Solutions' SolidEdge and Unigraphics.
