***ELSA Provides Wireless Home Networks With 'Personal Area
Networks' Based on Bluetooth Technology

ELSA has announced its commitment to Personal Area Networks (PAN)
based on Bluetooth technology. ELSA will present the Bluetooth
solutions at CeBIT 2000 in Hanover, Germany, which runs February
24 through March 1, 2000.

ELSA will present MicroLink ISDN Bluetooth, an external ISDN
modem with an integrated Bluetooth interface. The small Micro
Link USB Bluetooth Adapter upgrades notebooks and PCs to
Bluetooth and is connected to the USB bus. ELSA will also present
an additional Bluetooth tool for notebook users with a PC card
MicroLink MC Bluetooth.

With an output of 1 mW, Bluetooth attains a transmission rate of
1 MB/s and positions itself as a platform for convenient and
economical personal networks as well as for inter-connecting
multiple mobile devices. The Bluetooth standard is planning a
potential increase in performance of up to 100 mW.

ELSA will begin shipment of the first Bluetooth solutions in the
third Quarter, 2000.

ELSA is a provider of Internet access and computer graphics
solutions for the PC. Its product range includes modems, ISDN
adapters, videoconferencing systems, ISDN and DSL routers,
graphics boards and monitors.
