***Matsushita-Kotobuki Digital Camera Stores Images On SuperDisk

According to Nikkei English News, Matsushita-Kotobuki Electronics
Industries will start marketing a digital camera that stores
images on a high-capacity SuperDisk. The LK-RQ132S camera can
store 1,500 VGA (Video Graphics Array) images, or about 450
pictures with 1,280 x 960 dot resolution, on a single SuperDisk.
The camera can use a standard 3.5-inch disk, and can also
function as a storage device when connected to a computer with a
USB (Universal Serial Bus) cable.

The camera features a 1.32 million pixel CCD (charge-coupled
device) and comes with a 3x optical zoom and a 2x digital zoom.
The camera will be priced at 115,000 yen, and Matsushita-Kotobuki
aims to sell 2,000 units per month.
