***Home Phoneline Networking Alliance Technology Certified for
Release in 19 European Countries

The Home Phoneline Networking Alliance (HomePNA) has announced a
step forward in extending its technology to a global marketplace.
Products based on HomePNA's 1 megabit per second (Mbps)
specification can now be certified and marketed in 19 countries
in Europe. This initial European expansion allows individual
Alliance members to promote and market their HomePNA-compatible
products in any of these European countries: Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland,
Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway,
Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

HomePNA is an association of more than 120 companies working
together to bring high-speed, affordable home networking
solutions to consumers. HomePNA is open to any company interested
in adopting the home phoneline networking specifications for use
in their own product offerings.
