***VIA to Deliver 10 Millions Microprocessors in 2000

VIA estimates that including the Cyrix M1, Joshua and Samuel
series it will deliver 10 million CPUs in the year 2000 that will
contribute NT$10 billions (US$1.00 = NT$31.485) in revenues. The
company plans to introduce integrated CPU chipsets in the fourth
quarter of next year which will enhance VIA's competitive edge in
the low-end market.
