***3Dlabs and STB Systems Settle Pending Lawsuit

3Dlabs announced that the Company and STB Systems have agreed to
an out-of-court settlement of the pending litigation between the
two parties. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed. In
August 1998, 3Dlabs filed a lawsuit with the Superior Court of
California, County of Santa Clara, charging STB with breach of
contract for failure to pay 3Dlabs for chipsets purchased. STB
filed a cross-complaint in September 1998 asserting a number of
common law and statutory claims against 3Dlabs.
