***C-3D Digital, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Strata

C-3D Digital acquired the security interests in the technology
and principle assets of Strata. As part of the acquisition Evans
and Sutherland exchanged their security interest in Strata Corp.
for an equity position inC-3D Digital. The terms of the
acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to the
enforcement of C-3D Digital Inc.'s security interest in the
technology. Detailed information regarding this transaction will
be disclosed in the form 8-K report to be filed with the SEC.
