will have the opportunity to upgrade to the latest in 3D
acceleration, Righteous 3D II, featuring the Voodoo2 chipset by
3Dfx Interactive Inc. After establishing proof of purchase,
winners will be drawn from qualifying forms submitted online.

It seems that such a promotion to WIN an upgrade would only
alienate the owners of the prior generation of Voodoo - just the
opposite of what is intended. This has to win the dumbest
promotion scheme of the month award.
